Due to the nature of our work - which involves time, energy, and creative effort invested in advance - all bookings, consultations, and services are non-refundable once scheduled or rendered. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time and artistry we dedicate to each project.

If you need to reschedule or adjust a service, we are happy to work with you with advanced notice. Please reach out at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your session.
